Site Services & Labour Hire
Trade-Tough, Right-Sized Site Services & Labour Hire
Whether you're a builder needing tight-access demo, a property manager booking the next rental reset, or a renovation manager who just needs the site clean by Monday, our team handles the work the big crews can't be bothered with and the back-of-the-ute mob can't be trusted with — qualified hands, the right-sized kit, written rates before the tools come out. We're trade-qualified, insured to $5 million, and working to the standard set by founder Scott (qualified carpenter, Cert III Landscape, 14+ years) for total peace of mind. Every job runs on a written rate or fixed quote, the same crew turning up when they said they would, with weekly invoicing if your bookkeeping needs it. For Gold Coast site services that show up, finish clean and invoice straight, you can put your trust in YardTaskers.
- Tight-access demo and strip-outs done clean
- Commercial-grade pressure cleaning, the right PSI
- Labour hire — qualified hands, hourly or daily
- Rental resets and weekly invoicing for trade clients
Benefits Of Our Site Services
Get The Right Kit For Every Job
Site services done right means matching the kit to the job — small machines for tight access, commercial-grade pressure for delicate finishes, trade-qualified hands for non-structural demo. Our team brings trade-spec gear and the experience to know which tool the job actually needs, not whatever's loaded on the truck. You get clean cuts, controlled pressure and a site left ready for the next trade.
Why We're The Go To Choice For Site Services On The Gold Coast
We don't just claim trade-grade site services — we've got the Gold Coast builders, property managers and renovation crews who keep coming back to prove it. After 14+ years in the trade, YardTaskers sits between the big demo crews and a back-of-the-ute handyman — qualified, insured, reliable, but right-sized for tight sites and one-truck jobs. We work directly with builders, sparkies, painters, landscape crews and property managers — slotting in around your schedule, invoicing weekly so it suits your bookkeeping, and turning up when we said we would. A written rate, the same team from quote to clean-up, and a site left ready for the next trade give you the peace of mind you want before the booking goes in. We're committed to finishing every site service job to the standard we'd want on our own — demo, clean-up, labour hire, or rental reset.

Frequently Asked Site Service Questions
Is there a minimum labour-hire booking?
Hourly with a 2-hour minimum for one-off jobs. Daily and weekly rates drop per hour — worth asking about if you've got ongoing work. Rates confirmed in writing before a booking.
Can you invoice weekly for ongoing work?
Yes. Weekly invoicing is standard for builders and property managers — itemised by job or site. Per-job invoicing if that suits your accountant better. Either way, no surprise line items.
Same-day rubbish removal?
Often yes, depending on the day's schedule and waste type. Call the morning you need it — if the truck's free and there's a tip run on, we can usually fit a small clean-up in.
Do you handle structural demolition?
No — non-structural only. Internal strip-outs, pergolas, old decks, fencing, sheds, yard clearing. Anything load-bearing or engineered goes to a licensed demo contractor.
What kind of pressure cleaning equipment do you use?
Commercial cold-water units up to 4000 PSI with rotary and flat-surface attachments. The right pressure for the surface — no gouged concrete, no blown-off paint. Hot-water if the job warrants the hire.
Can you take on ongoing rental maintenance rounds?
Yes — happy to work with property managers on a roster. Pre-inspection tidy-ups, between-tenant resets, small repairs, preventive maintenance. Invoiced per property, per visit or weekly, your call.
Do you tie in with other trades on a job?
All the time. Labour hire for builders, site clean-ups between sparkie and painter, skip runs for renovation managers. You book once, we fit around the existing schedule.
