YardTaskers is a Gold Coast trade business. When you contact us — through the quote form, by phone, or by email — you share some personal details with us. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

YardTaskers (ABN 95 342 096 418) is a trade-qualified team based on the Gold Coast, covering decks, jetties and pontoons, fencing, site services and landscaping across all of the Gold Coast region.

What we collect

When you fill in a quote form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• The service you're asking about and any details about the job (suburb, timing, photos if you attach them)

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the site. That tool doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally — just anonymous totals like page views and country.

Why we collect it

We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry — quote the job, plan the visit, and book it in. That's it. We don't run an email newsletter, we don't send promotional broadcasts, and we don't add you to a marketing list.

How we contact you after you submit a form

By submitting a quote form on this site, you agree that we can contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS or email — using the details you provided. We use those messages to confirm details, send the quote, schedule the visit, and check in once the job is done.

If you'd prefer not to be contacted, reply "stop" to any SMS, or reply to any email asking us to remove your details — and we will.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Two services help us run the site and the form, and your details pass through them:

• FormSubmit — delivers form submissions to our inbox. They process the message in transit but don't use your details for anything else.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides the anonymous traffic stats.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiry details while the job is open, and for up to 24 months after the job is finished — so we can handle any follow-up, warranty or repeat-customer questions. After that we delete them.

If you'd like us to delete your details sooner, email yardtaskers@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what details we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your details
• Stop us contacting you

If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy question, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy over time. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Anything material, we'll flag at the top.
