Service Area Questions
Do you charge travel between zones?
Travel is included for jobs inside the Gold Coast — Tweed Heads to Coomera, plus the standard Hinterland zones. Anything further south into NSW or further west than Currumbin Valley gets a travel line called out on the written quote before the tools come out — never a surprise on invoice day.
Which zone is fastest to book?
Central Gold Coast — Broadbeach, Bundall, Robina, Varsity Lakes — sits closest to our Varsity Lakes base, so most jobs there book inside the same week. Northern jetty work and Hinterland acreage runs need a bit more diary planning because of tide windows and travel time, but we'll always quote the next available start with the price.
Do you cover suburbs not on this list?
Probably yes. The list above covers the suburbs we work in regularly — but if your address is just outside, send a message and we'll let you know straight away whether it's in-zone, what the travel looks like, and whether there's a fixed price or a written rate that suits.
What if my job spans two zones?
Common with builders running multi-property contracts and property managers covering portfolios across the Coast. We treat it as one project, one quote, one crew — same rate, same standard, multi-day or multi-week as the schedule demands. Talk to us about portfolio rates if you've got more than five doors.
